Glick’s Exteriors is a licensed roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling contractor serving Southeastern Pennsylvania, northern Delaware, and parts of northeastern Maryland (PA HIC #075218).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through it (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through the Site, request a quote, or enter into any agreement with Glick’s Exteriors. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the Site

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site

3. No Contract Formed by Website Use

Information provided on this Site — including descriptions of services, project galleries, pricing indications, promotions, and financing references — is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer, quote, or contract for services. A binding agreement for roofing, siding, window, door, stucco, or other exterior remodeling work is formed only through a signed written contract or proposal issued directly by Glick’s Exteriors following an in-home consultation and inspection.

4. Quotes, Estimates, and Financing

Any estimate, price range, or financing option referenced on the Site is illustrative only and subject to change based on an on-site evaluation of your property, material availability, market pricing, and applicable terms of any third-party financing provider. Financing, where offered, is provided by third-party lenders subject to credit approval and their own terms; Glick’s Exteriors is not a lender and does not guarantee approval or specific financing terms.

5. Promotions and Referral Program

Promotional offers (including discounts advertised on the Site) and the Refer-a-Friend program are subject to the specific terms, eligibility requirements, and expiration dates disclosed at the time of the offer. Glick’s Exteriors reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion or referral incentive at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glick’s Exteriors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to access the Site (which, for most users, is zero).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glick’s Exteriors, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site (excluding disputes arising under a separately signed service contract, which are governed by that contract’s own terms) shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation by contacting us at the information in Section 16.

If the dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, either party may elect to resolve it through binding arbitration administered under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider, conducted in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, rather than in court. This section does not prevent either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court where eligible, or from seeking injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property.

You and Glick’s Exteriors each waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, it shall be severed. All remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site not resolved under Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
