Sam Glick’s journey into the world of construction started early. Growing up in Parkesburg, PA, Sam learned the value of hard work from his father, working on construction projects for neighbors and even building an addition to their own home when Sam was just sixteen. For five years Sam honed his skills, learning the ropes of the industry before venturing out to start Glick’s Exteriors. 

One of the distinguishing features of Glick’s Exteriors is the company’s approach to its crews. Rather than having one team handle multiple products and installation processes, each crew at Glick’s Exteriors specializes in a particular service. This ensures that each team is highly trained and knowledgeable about both the products they work with and the installation process. The result? Efficient and expert service that exceeds customer expectations every time. And the man who manages it all? Mitch Stoltzfus. 

Mitch was raised in Lancaster County. He grew up playing baseball earning him a scholarship to Millersville University. He believes his experience growing up in a team-oriented environment has been instrumental in shaping his management abilities. Mitch has been married to his wife, Kasey, for five years. They have a young son, Tatum, and two labrador retrievers, Bailey and Casey. Mitch credits his family, both immediate and work- related, for much of his success.

Mitch has been with Glick’s Exteriors for nearly seven years. When he first joined the company, Glick’s Exteriors was a small operation-a couple of guys with a truck-but with Sam’s vision and Mitch’s integration skills, the business is growing to new heights. Part of the success that Glick’s Home Exteriors has seen over the past few years is attributed to their involvement in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a program they’ve been part of for about five years. Mitch and Sam work closely with Bill Straton, one of Greet Unionville Chadds Ford’s Preferred Partners, to implement EOS into their operations. Mitch believes that the clarity and structure provided by EOS have been invaluable, helping both him and Sam create a clear path for the company’s growth and long-term vision. 

To better serve their customers, Glick’s Exteriors is preparing to open a 17,000-square-foot retail space
located just over two miles east of Gap on Route 30. This showroom will allow customers to experience the
products firsthand, giving them the opportunity to see, touch, and feel the quality before making a decision.
